Fees and due date for payment

1. The Fee is non refundable.
2. Full quarterly/monthly fees are to be paid in advance.
3. The date of depositing the fees for the next quarter will be the 30th of the last month of every quarter. For monthly fee payment, it will be the 30th of each month. Students who do not pay the fees by the stipulated dates will be required to pay re-admission fees of Rs. 1500/- along with the quarterly/monthly fees, if they wish to continue with their classes, subject to availability of the slots.
4. Acknowledgement slip will sent to the students after the fees are paid/ funds are cleared in the school’s bank account

Class timings, attendance and make-up policy

1. Drum classes are arranged at a time and on a day mutually convenient to the teacher and the student. The timings so fixed will not be changed during the course of the month.
2. Students must be regular in attending classes, observe punctuality and invest time on practice and preparation.
3. Attendance will be marked in the attendance register to avoid any confusion and misunderstanding between the student and the teacher.
4. Only one class a month will be considered for make-up for each student and he/she must consume the class within 10 days from the original date of the class. Students that miss the class without prior information will not be eligible for a make-up class. In case the student misses the re-scheduled class, the class will not be re-scheduled again. However, any class missed by the teacher will be made up within two weeks or during the month.
5. Discipline should be observed at all times. Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class.
